The Ag1415 Low Cost SLIC

The Ag1415 has been designed to work in low cost systems which do not provide a full range of
features and performance, such as is expected on equipment which is driving a public telephone
line. The types of equipment which use the Ag1415 are:

• PABX
• CTI Systems
• Key Telephone Systems
• Least Cost Routers
• Terminal Adapters.

The concept of minimising the number of external components and of making products simple
to use is continued. The diagram below shows how a four line interface can be built.

The Ag1415 will support features such as On-Hook transmission and Automatic Ring Trip and
also allows for the setting of line and network balance impedances, making it suitable for all
international markets.

The pricing and features of the device mean that it competes very favorably with all of the
