Quad ringing VoIP Slic success for Silver Telecom

Silver Telecom has announced the launch of their first quad VoIP SLIC with fully integrated
DC-DC converter, designed to target the VoIP, VoDSL, CTI, IAD, WLL, FCT and other short loop
application markets.

Building upon the success of the Ag1160 (VoIP ringing SLIC), Silver Telecom has designed and
developed a 4-channel device that requires only a +5V supply and eliminates the need for
external battery voltages thus conferring significant cost, space and design time savings for
telecom equipment developers.

The revolutionary new Ag1460 provides the complete analog interface for four telephone lines
and is packaged in a space-saving SIMM or low profile DIL format providing a quick route to
market for developers of the latest telecommunications equipment. Through Silver Telecom's
successfully proven "design in" service that designs products to meet customers' specific
individual requirements as and when required, telecommunications providers are able to devote
more time to concentrating on their key competencies, safe in the knowledge that their
interface solutions have been successfully managed.
